The service
Quantum Studio 9 sets up and runs an AI-powered customer system that answers your phone, books jobs, sends text backs, asks for reviews, and sends you a monthly report. The service runs on a month-by-month basis after an initial six-month minimum term.
Plans and payment
The Answer plan is £95 a month. The Everything plan is £500 a month. There is no set-up fee. The minimum term is six months, after which the service runs month by month with no automatic renewal and no exit fee.
Your responsibilities
You keep your own phone number. You tell us how you want calls answered, what you charge, and the areas you cover, so the system can answer honestly on your behalf. You switch the system on and off as you see fit.
Our responsibilities
We set the system up for you, test it on your number, and show you how to use it. We keep it running and send you a monthly report. If something goes wrong, we put it right as soon as we reasonably can.
Ending the service
After the six-month minimum, you can end the service at any time with no exit fee. We will stop answering your calls and hand back any setup tied to your number.
Liability
We take care in running the service, but we are not liable for calls missed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as faults with your phone provider. Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the previous three months.
