AI and call recording.

How AI is used
When you cannot answer your phone, an AI answers on your behalf. It speaks in plain English, in your business name, and handles the usual questions — when you can come, what you charge, whether you cover an area. It books the job into your diary and sends a confirmation text. If it cannot handle a question, it takes a message and texts you.
What the AI decides
The AI decides how to respond based on the information you give us about your business. It does not make decisions about pricing beyond what you tell us, and it does not commit you to work you have not agreed to. You can change the information it uses at any time.
Call recording
Calls answered by the AI may be recorded for quality, training and so we can send you an accurate record of what was said. Callers are told the call may be recorded. You can ask us to stop recording your calls by writing to hello@quantumstudio9.co.uk.
Your callers' data
When a caller's name, number and reason for calling are captured, it is so the job can be booked and you can be told about it. We do not use your callers' data to market to them, and we do not share it with anyone else. See our privacy policy for the full detail.
