Who we are
Quantum Studio 9 runs an AI-powered customer system for small service businesses in the UK. You can reach us at hello@quantumstudio9.co.uk.
What we collect
When you run the free AI audit or book a call, we collect your name, business name, mobile number and email, along with the answers you give us. When a call is answered on your behalf, the caller's name, number and the reason for their call are captured so the job can be booked.
Why we use it
We use your details to talk to you about the audit and to set up and run the system for your business. We use your callers' details to answer their call, book the job, and send you a report. We do not sell your data or your callers' data to anyone.
Calls and recording
Some calls may be recorded for quality and training. How we handle call recording is set out in our AI and call recording notice.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us at hello@quantumstudio9.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as you are a client, and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle any queries. We then delete it.
