Who runs Quantum Studio 9.
Quantum Studio 9 sets up and runs an AI-powered customer system for small service businesses across the UK. We answer the phone when the owner cannot, book the job into their diary, text the customer back within a minute, ask every customer for a Google review, and send the owner a plain-English report each month showing what it all brought in.
Why we built it.
We kept meeting the same problem. A tradesperson who does good work, charges fairly, and still loses jobs — not to a better tradesperson, but to a faster one. The phone rang while they were on the tools. The caller rang the next name on the list.
The fix was never going to be more marketing, or a fancier website. It was the phone. Answer it, book the job, and ask for the review whilst the customer is still pleased. Do it every time, without the owner having to stop what they are doing.
So we built the system that does exactly that, and we run it for them. They keep doing the work. We handle the phone, the diary and the paperwork that comes with a job.
